Okay - Sheena has agreed to have it at her home, she has a beautiful new, very large home!
Now on dates - how about Christmas Eve?
Please send in your requests, we want to work with everyone but we also have to be somewhat flexible cuz we are only in town 1 week and stuff.
This is gonna be so fun and a very bonding experience for family and extended family alike.

I don't know when you'll be here, but I work on the 23rd through the 29th. let me know if that will work at all. if not, I can try to get one of those off, but I kinda doubt it.
