I received the following letter from Elder Anderson our General Authority Seventy. I suggest that we all follow this inspired council as instructed. Please forward this to all members on your list so that we can get this word out quickly.
We need to prepare ourselves for this event, not to watch but to answer questions that your friends may have. This show is doing this in an effort to save its self from its self. The show does not have the following that is needed and so will be dropped. Be sure that you are not watching it and raising its ratings.

Dear Presidents:
There is a new attach being launched against the Church relating to this new T.V. program depicting the temple ceremony. We have had an Area conference call regarding this issue and the instruction from the Brethren is that this is just one more attempt by Satan to deter the Lord's work from progressing. The counsel from the Brethren is that our membership is to ignore it, to answer any questions from well intentioned family and friends who may watch it, that the sacred ordinances performed in the Temples are just that, sacred and that we hold them as such. Do not become confrontational, do not take any outward actions against an individual or groups and just continue to exemplify "Christ like attributes" that are becoming a "covenant people".
